Etto was founded in 2012 by a couple of passionate foodies who believe that the key to a true dining experience lies beyond great food and thirst-quenching drinks. Our menu is packed with innovative dishes, each one carefully crafted by our talented chefs to bring you an exceptional dining experience.
At Etto Cafe, we understand the importance of presentation. Our chefs take great care to create dishes that are not only delicious but also eye catching. All our sauces are made in house by our chefs daily. Our talented chefs bake all our pastries, cookies and pies from the early hours of each morning. Each piece is handcrafted by our team.
Etto offers delivery to the Brisbane CBD and surrounds with corporate catering events, social events, buffets, grazing tables , finger food canapés, corporate conferences and grazing boxes!

Ordering & Booking
Yes, we understand that things always happen and you would urgently need to feed your team last minute. Simple give us a call (07 3852 3000) to discuss about the last minute catering options that we can provide. Located in the heart of Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, we try our best.
We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. That said, we understand that meetings and events can pop up last minute — and at Etto, we specialise in making things happen. Give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to make it work. We are last minute catering specialists with three trucks on the road everyday.
Yes, our minimum order for delivered catering is $80 (excluding delivery). For larger events, ongoing corporate catering, or recurring orders, we can tailor a package that suits your needs and budget.
Delivery & Setup
We deliver our delicious food to over 50 suburbs all over Brisbane – simply enter your address on the Cart page just before check out.
Yes! We can deliver outside standard hours upon request. Just let us know your event time and we’ll make it happen. (Minimum order charges apply)

We understand plans can change. If you need to make adjustments, just let us know as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may incur a partial charge depending on preparation already underway.
